Raleigh, NC.
Video footage from many of our sources show law enforcement officers in riot gear assaulting non-violent protesters with tear gas.
On Saturday May 30th, protesters assembled in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, to speak up and stand against the recent deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery. Residents outraged at the violence and lack of police accountability took to the streets while assembling peacefully.
Protesters were eventually met by police officers in riot gear, attacked with tear gas, and shot at with rubber bullets. We are gathering footage and will post clips as soon as possible.
